# Get support ticket resolution metrics Returns metrics about ticket resolution including resolution rate, average and median resolution times. Endpoint: GET /support-ticket-stats/resolution Version: 2.0 Security: oauth2 ## Header parameters: - `EvEnergy-Version` (number) Specify the version of this endpoint to use. Enum: 2 ## Response 200 fields (application/json): - `resolution_rate` (number, required) Percentage of tickets that have been resolved (0-1). Example: 0.85 - `avg_resolution_time_hours` (number,null) Average time to resolve a ticket in hours. Null if no tickets resolved. Example: 24.5 - `median_resolution_time_hours` (number,null) Median time to resolve a ticket in hours. Null if no tickets resolved. Example: 18.2 - `total_resolved` (integer, required) Total number of resolved tickets. Example: 170 - `total_unresolved` (integer, required) Total number of unresolved tickets.
